§ 33-2. Membership.

The EAC shall consist of seven at-large members appointed by the Board of Commissioners, provided that there shall be six at-large members during the period that begins 31 days following the effective date of this chapter and that ends on December 31, 2008. In addition, at the discretion of the Council, there may be up to four nonvoting liaisons with one each representing the Planning Commission, Parks and Recreation Board, Board of Health, and Shade Tree Commission.
